This plan illustrates our vision for a living viticulture. We have redesigned the traditional vineyard layout to create an ecosystem where nature works in harmony with the vine, inspired by the principles of agroforestry.

The Connection:
A Biodiversity Network
The Separation:
A Natural Sanitary Barrier
Agroforestry:
Natural Air Conditioning through Trees
While our plots are isolated for their health, they are connected for their life. All of our cultivation areas are linked by a continuous 'green mesh' of bushy hedges and natural meadows. These ecological corridors allow for the free movement of beneficial species (useful insects, birds, and bats)—our natural allies in controlling pests.
The layout of our vines in distinct 'islands,' separated by natural zones, is no coincidence. This fragmentation plays a vital role in plant health: it creates a physical barrier that limits the spread of potential diseases from one plot to another. It is our first line of defense, naturally reducing the need for human intervention.
At the heart of our vineyards, trees are reclaiming their place. Integrated directly into the viticultural landscape, they play an essential role in climate regulation as summers grow increasingly hot:
Protective Shade: They filter the sunlight, shielding the grapes from sunburn.
Coolness and Humidity: Through the process of evapotranspiration, trees release moisture into the air. This creates a more humid, temperate microclimate that directly benefits the neighboring vine rows.
We cultivate a wide diversity of varieties, specifically selected for their natural resilience and their adaptation to this agro-ecological terroir.
Our Reds (8,000 vines)
Our White (5,600 vines)
From this botanical mosaic, sincere and living wines are born. Now that you know our ways, it is time to taste the result.
